Au dela de la Trésorerie (assisté par Sylvie, François, Françoise et le comptable de l'ACNV) et du Secrétariat (avec Sylvie au compte rendu des réunions, assisté côté technique wiki mise en ligne par Jean-François et Dieudonné), je travaille principalement, entre juillet et la mi-septembre, dans le volet "Organisation et Procédures", au Projet Mise à jour des Statuts et du Règlement interne de l'ACNV (assisté par les membres du bureau). Mon objectif est de produire, pour la mi septembre une proposition préliminaire complète de nouveaux statuts et RI entièrement à jour; à présenter au bureau/CA/CF pour étude et commentaire d'ici décembre 2010; en décembre je compilerai l'ensemble pour produire une seconde proposition complète à re-présenter au bureau/CA/CF. L'objectif final étant, au plus tard à la date de l'AG 2011, de présenter aux membres les nouveaux Statuts et RI pour leur approbation. En fait, le Cercle France en accord avec le Bureau, a décidé en novembre 2010 de procéder plutôt à une mise en place étape par étape (avec proposition mise à l'essai avant adoption) des procédures et de modifications à y apporter au fil du temps, cela pour une approche plus douce et plus adaptée aux circonstances et besoins vivants dans le présent (plutôt qu'une réforme complète et exhaustive). Lors de l'AGE du 3 avril 2011 fut adopté un premier amendement des Statuts (renouvellement par tiers des administrateurs). <br />

Mes autres implications seront, entre autres, dans les domaines des Services aux membres (qui, tel que souligné lors de l'AG 2011 comprennent les questions des cotisations, adhésions, un fonds de soutien financier) et des Ressources (revenus) (comprenant la présentation plus rélaliste de finances en parallèle avec les grands secteurs (5 volets) d'activités de l'ACNV et leurs projets, de véritables prévisions budgétaires et un suivi périodiques des revenus et dépenses). Cela sera pour l'année 2011. J'entrevois une collaboration de tous les niveaux de participation et d'intérêts possibles au sein de l'ACNV sur ces questions par le biais de Groupes de travail ouvert à tous et se rapportant au Cercle France. <br />

Je suis des formations cnv depuis 2003 en France, est fait entre autre la semaine d'Immersion CNV avec l'équipe de Pascale M. et le long cursus de Médiation CNV avec l'équipe d'Annie G. <br />

Je participe occasionnellement aux deux Groupes de pratique cnv de Bordeaux. <br />

Je participe occasionnellement à un Groupe de pratique médiation cnv de Toulouse (bien que je vise à en organiser un dans ma région). <br />
